Space is available for individuals, organizations, communities of practice and other interest/working groups to further enhance participation opportunities outside conference sessions. The Nusa Dua Convention Centre can accommodate auxiliary events in 12 rooms with both morning (pre-session) and evening (post-session) options available.
These fully-equipped meeting rooms are spread over two levels. Rooms are suitable for formalized breakout sessions, press conferences, luncheons or dinner and small exhibitions. Rooms can accommodate up to 260 people so please let us know how many people you are expecting.
The cost of one room is $500 USD.
