Beginning June 30, abstract notifications are being sent via email on a rolling basis.
If you have an accepted abstract, you will need to indicate whether you will be able to present in person by July 15. To do this, please log in to your profile, select “My Proposal/Abstracts” from the dropdown, then click on the button next to your abstract to confirm you will present.
A few things to keep in mind:
- If you need to update your abstract presenter, click on your abstract title and update it there.
- Only Primary Authors are able to confirm participation or update presenters and authors.
- Please limit oral presentation, CommTalk and multimedia showcases to one presenter.
- Our priority is for presenters to be as representative of LMICs as much as possible.
Registration will open later in the month, after all abstract notifications have been sent. The program with a detailed agenda is being developed now and additional information will be sent before the end of September.
Those with accepted abstracts must have a paid registration to be able to present.
