Each exhibit booth costs $1,500.00 USD and includes:
- booth measuring 3×2 meters
- 1 table
- 2 chairs
- 1 dustbin
- 1 MCB for electrical power
- 1 plug with 2 sockets
- exhibitor pass with possibility to upgrade to general Summit admission for $400 USD
- sign (to write the exhibitor name).
Space is available for individuals, organizations, communities of practice and other interest/working groups to further enhance participation opportunities outside conference sessions. The Palais des Congrès, Marrakech can accommodate auxiliary events in six rooms with both morning (pre-session) and evening (post-session) options available.
Meeting rooms are fully-equipped with a screen, projector, laptop and pointer and are spread over two levels. Rooms are suitable for formalized breakout sessions, press conferences, luncheons or dinner and small exhibitions. Rooms can accommodate 65-230 people so please let us know how many people you are expecting.
The cost of one room for a two-hour event is $1,000 USD. Four-hour events are $2,500 and are available on Saturday, December 3, Sunday, December 4 and on Monday morning, December 5. Full day auxiliary event times are offered on Sunday, December 4 and are $4,000.
