Information Desk and Presentation Drop-off
The Information Desk and Presentation Drop-off area is located in the Ground Floor lobby. Visit this area if you have questions about the Summit, need assistance, or are presenting and need to upload your presentation materials.

Emergencies, Safety and Incident Reporting
Your safety and well-being are important to us. If you experience an emergency, feel unsafe, or would like to report an incident during the Summit — including harassment or other inappropriate behavior — please visit the Information Desk in the main lobby of the Panama Convention Center.
Staff at the Information Desk will connect you with the appropriate Summit personnel, who will provide support and assist in addressing your concern.
Poster Presentations
Poster presentations are located outside the Plenary Hall on the First Floor. Participants are encouraged to visit the poster area throughout the week to engage with presenters and learn about innovative work from across the field.
Photo Opportunities
A variety of photo opportunities can be found throughout the First Floor. Be sure to capture and share your Summit experience using the official event hashtag.

Lunch will be served in Canal 1 on the Ground Floor.
Mindfulness Zone and Kindness Wall
Take a moment to recharge by visiting the Mindfulness Zone and Kindness Wall, located on the Ground Floor near Canal 1. This dedicated space offers an opportunity for reflection, connection, and encouragement throughout the Summit.
Prayer Room
A Prayer Room is available on the Ground Floor near Canal 1 for attendees seeking a quiet space for prayer and contemplation.
Lactation Room
A lactation room is available on the Ground Floor near Pacífico 2 for attendees who require a private space for nursing or expressing milk.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located at the Information Desk on the Ground Floor.
First Aid
First Aid services are located on the Ground Floor near Caribe 6.
