The author retains full copyright and all associated rights to their work. Any usage by Summit platforms will be non-exclusive, and authors are free to use or distribute their submission as they see fit.
English subtitles are fine if that is what is already available. As noted in the session descriptions, "All submissions should be dubbed or subtitled if the audio is in a language other than English."
The seven-minute maximum can be an edited reel or portion of the finished product. It is your choice. The only limitation is that it cannot exceed seven minutes out of the 15-minute total amount of time allotted for the presentation.
