The 2026 International Social and Behavior Change Communication Summit is coming together as our most diverse and globally representative gathering yet. Final preparations are underway, with strong engagement from partners and participants across regions. This is a milestone worth celebrating. 🎉
As we prepare to convene in Panama City from June 22 to 26, we remain deeply committed to ensuring that the Summit reflects the breadth of voices shaping social and behavior change efforts around the world.
We recognize that barriers to participation persist, particularly for practitioners and emerging leaders doing critical work. Yet their continued contributions, despite these challenges, are what move the field forward. The perspectives of these innovators, community builders, and future changemakers are essential to meaningful progress.
At the same time, it is important to acknowledge the strong and growing representation among those attending from Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and beyond. This reflects the intention and effort behind how the Summit has been designed and built.
We continue to take steps to expand access. This includes targeted outreach, regional engagement, group registration options, and ongoing efforts to mobilize resources that support broader participation. We also invite partners, organizations, and individuals to directly support participation by sponsoring those who would otherwise be unable to attend the Summit. Contributions, whether supporting one participant or many, help ensure that these important voices be present and heard on a global stage.
A Summit registration offers far more than entry. It is an opportunity to:
