Exhibit Booths

Exhibit booths provide a high-visibility opportunity to showcase your organization to the global SBC community. 

Standard Booth – $3,500 USD 

Each standard booth includes: 

  • Booth shell  
  • Carpet 
  • 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 dustbin 
  • Exhibitor sign with organization name 
  • One Exhibitor Registration (exhibit hall access only*) 

📍 First come, first served for location selection. 

*Exhibitor Registration may be upgraded for $375 to include full access to Summit sessions, auxiliary events, and receptions. 

 

High-Profile Booth – $10,000 USD 

Located in prime, high-traffic areas of the exhibition space, high-profile booths include: 

  • Printed panels featuring your design 
  • Premium carpet 
  • Upgraded furniture/equipment options (selected by sponsor) 
  • 1 dustbin 
  • One Full Registration (includes full access to Summit sessions, auxiliary events, and receptions) 

📍 First come, first served for location selection (6–8 available). 

Auxiliary Events

Space is available for individuals, organizations, communities of practice, and other groups to host side events outside of formal Summit sessions. 

  • Venue: Panama Convention Center, Panama City 
  • Room setup: Classroom style 
  • Uses: Breakout sessions, press conferences, networking, luncheons, dinners, small exhibitions 

💡 Auxiliary events are listed in the daily Summit schedule. Morning (pre-session), evening (post-session), and pre-Summit slots are available. 

Cost per Event 

  • Auxiliary Event (2 hours): $3,500 USD 
  • Optional add-ons: AI language interpretation, catering, tech, and tables at extra cost 
  • Promotion: Responsibility of the hosting organization
