Registration is now open for the 2022 International Social and Behavior Change Communication Summit, scheduled from Dec. 5 through 9 in Marrakech, Morocco.
Summit organizers are encouraging you to register as soon as possible as they anticipate reaching maximum capacity quickly. Many people held on to their registrations from the 2020 event – rescheduled because of the COVID-19 pandemic – so space is limited.
The 2022 Summit builds on the spectacular success of the 2018 event held in Nusa Dua, Indonesia, which drew more than 1,200 participants from 93 countries spanning a range of disciplines and representing a diversity of institutions. As in 2018, the 2022 event is organized by a Secretariat chaired by the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs.
More than 1,700 abstracts were submitted for the Summit, and more than 420 will be presented over five days in December, with more than 175 confirmed poster presentations. The abstracts are from 82 countries, with more than one-third from the Global South.
To register, log in to your account here or create an account here, and then click the registration link. While the tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable to a colleague if you cannot attend.
