Complimentary shuttle service will be available between designated Summit hotels and the Panama Convention Center (PCC) throughout the week. Shuttle schedules are designed to align with Summit programming and major events.
Arriving in Panama for the Summit? Complimentary airport transfers to designated Summit hotels will be available on Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21. Please review the schedule below and plan your arrival accordingly.
Please arrive at your shuttle stop 10–15 minutes before departure.

Pick-up points are at the exits of Terminals 1 and 2, right after Immigration.
A member of our team will be holding a sign with the event name. Please approach them and they will guide you to the vehicle.

- Shuttle service is available only for participants staying at designated Summit hotels.
- Airport arrival shuttles are available only on Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21.
- Airport departure shuttles are available on Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27.
- Participants arriving outside of the scheduled airport shuttle times should arrange independent transportation to their hotel.
- Travel times may vary due to traffic conditions.
- Participants should allow additional travel time during peak traffic periods.
