In less than a month we will met in Marrakech, Morocco. The program is exciting and participants are swiftly adding session to their programs and signing up for the Skills Building sessions.
We are asking all presenters to upload their presentations by Thursday, December 1. This way, when you arrive in the room, technicians will have your presentation ready to go! Here are instructions:
First, log in to your account:
After logging in, go to your Profile page. There is a dropdown menu under your name. This is where you upload your presentation:
On your profile page, the first item is the upload for speaker presentations. Accepted formats are PDF, PowerPoint and .mp4 for Multimedia Presentations. If you are speaking in more than one session, please use the second upload as well.
That’s it! It is also a good idea to bring your presentation on an external drive as well.
Poster Presentations
Please remember that all posters must be:
- Designed vertically, 9:16 (we suggest using a widescreen PPT in portrait mode)
- Saved as a PDF
- Uploaded to an external USB storage device
