Interpretation Services

Interpretation services will be available throughout the Summit in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Plenary Sessions

For plenary sessions, interpretation headsets will be available on site. To receive a headset, you will be required to leave an ID in exchange. Your ID will be returned when you return the headset.

Please allow extra time before plenary sessions begin to pick up your headset.

Breakout Sessions

Live interpretation will also be available in Caribe 4 and 6, Pacifico 2 and 5, and Istmo 1.

Please bring your own headphones and allow a few minutes before the session begins to log in and connect.

For these sessions, interpretation will be accessed through Zoom. To listen to interpretation:

1. Register for the Summit Zoom Events platform.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the Sessions tab.
3. Find and select the session taking place in your room.
4. Join the session and select your preferred language channel.
5. Use your personal headphones or earbuds to listen to interpretation.
