Do all attendees need a visa to travel to Panama?

No. Visa requirements depend on your nationality and passport type. Some travelers do not need a Panama visa at all, and others may also be exempt if they hold a valid visa or residence permit from certain countries (such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Schengen countries, Australia, Japan, Singapore, or South Korea).
