
Mohammed Ahmed
Mohammed Ahmed is the executive director of Adeela for culture and arts, a non-profit focusing on peace, social justice, and human rights issues in Sudan. He has more than a decade of social activism experience and has expertise in advanced coordination, advocacy, negotiation, report preparation, effective communication, and creative problem solving.
Mohammed played an active role in peace building by working as a project coordinator for the transitional government in Sudan. The project was designed to build and sustain channels for communication between the government and its citizens.
He helped found the “know your rights” campaign for the Eastern Sudan Student Association in Khartoum and has worked with other local and international organizations in Sudan to deliver awareness about human rights and peace building.
